Key Responsibilities • Employee Relations • Conduct investigations related to workplace concerns and complaints • Support performance management processes and documentation • Advise managers and employees on conflict resolution and policy interpretation • Attendance & Timesheet Management • Monitor and track employee attendance and timesheet submissions • Generate reports and identify trends or discrepancies • Collaborate with payroll and department leads to ensure accuracy • Leave Administration • Manage leave requests including FMLA, ADA, and other statutory or company leaves • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws • Serve as a point of contact for employees navigating leave processes Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR investigations, and performance management, ideally within a large organization • Bachelors Degree is required, ideally in Business, Human Resources or similar • Strong understanding of leave administration, including ADA, FMLA etc • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools preferred Why Join Our Client?
