This role involves supporting attorneys in complex construction-related litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities • Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, and responses. • Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial preparation materials. • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review. • Assist with document production and e-discovery processes. • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial logistics. • Communicate with clients, experts, and vendors regarding case progress. • Maintain accurate case calendars and deadlines.
