Our Camas, WA office is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer (PE) to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for construction and a knack for managing the moving parts of complex projects, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do • Work closely with experienced Project Managers to orchestrate every stage of our construction projects—from pre-construction to punch list completion. • Prepare, organize, and manage bid packages, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs, ensuring seamless document control. • Coordinate procurement and delivery of critical materials and equipment to keep projects on track and under budget. • Communicate proactively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned with schedules. • Review shop drawings, manage cost reviews, and assist with project close-out, including collecting as-built drawings, warranties, and operating instructions. • Maintain clear records of project documentation, including RFI’s, ASI’s, submittals, addenda, and costs, from start to finish. • Take charge of distributing up-to-date plans and specifications to all team members and partners. • Attend project meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure communication flows smoothly throughout the team. Who You Are • You hold a four-year degree in a construction-related field or have equivalent hands-on experience and technical training. • You’re proficient with industry-standard software—Procore, Sage 300 (Timberline), BlueBeam, and MS Office are second nature to you. • Organization and attention to detail are your superpowers, especially when deadlines are tight. • You’re a clear, confident communicator and can present information to clients, architects, and engineers with professionalism and poise. • Discretion and confidentiality are important to you, and you always handle sensitive information responsibly. • Your positive, personable style makes you a valued team player and collaborator. Why Join Us? • Competitive Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 per year, based on your experience and expertise. • Comprehensive Benefits: 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, employee discounts, and more. • Paid vacation and holidays (All employees accrue Paid Sick and Safe Leave at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked. At the end of each calendar year any unused accrued PSSL hours will be carried over to the next year. The Company provides Regular full time salaried and office employees with two (2) weeks of vacation (10 working days) starting at the first day of employment. Accrual begins on the first day of employment, after one full year of service and on subsequent anniversary dates following a full year of service.
