Bachelors Degree and or an A.B.A. approved Paralegal Certificate. Duties: 1. Managing litigation matters from start to finish 2. Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents including notices, pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc. 3. Handling discovery and document production 4. Summarizing depositions, ordering medical records and summarizing medical records. 5. Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and case management 6. Conducting legal research as assigned 7.
