Client Relationship Management CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Management Coordinator to support our clients’ large team of sales professionals. This position supports a large team of account managers and coordinators by handling backend processes, client communications, and CRM system maintenance. The coordinator will work independently under moderate supervision and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, client-facing environment and is skilled in managing documentation, communications, event coordination, and account systems.Location: Louisville, KY preferred - Remote work option availableShift: Full-time hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $20.83 Max Per Hour“Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.”Typical Day-to-Day Tasks • Assist with account work for complex or high-yield clients • Communicate with agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders • Draft and send correspondence independently • Maintain and update CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) • Complete filings and documentation for compliance • Organize and manage large ad-hoc or recurring events • Prepare agendas, logistics, and budgets for events • Draft and review presentations and deliverables • Conduct satisfaction surveys and compile reports • Reconcile Accounts Receivable and resolve accounting issues • Support 15 account managers and 10 account coordinators • Respond to invoicing questions • Manage communications via shared mailbox Responsibilities • Maintain relationships with clients • Support account managers with backend processes • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of CRM data • Coordinate with internal tools and systems • Handle workforce analytics and reporting Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing role • HR experience preferred • Familiarity with workforce analytic tools • Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills • Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education Pay Details: $20.83 per hour Search managed by: Jason Timothy Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
