Administrative Support Job Summary The Administrative Support (Temp) will provide essential assistance to the Compliance and HR teams by ensuring accurate document handling and maintaining organized records. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Scan and organize paperwork for Compliance and HR departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping. · Maintain digital filing systems and verify that scanned documents meet quality and compliance standards. · Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and document tracking. · Support team members with ad hoc projects related to compliance and HR documentation. Qualifications · Previous experience in administrative role · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company values in all interactions.
