Matthew Robins WHAT DEPARTMENT IS THIS IN? 5400 Federal Work Study, Theatre WHEN DOES THIS POSITION BEGIN (AND END, IF APPLICABLE? 2025-09-12 JOB PURPOSE: The Theatre Department stock of props and furniture is large and could easily overwhelm us if not kept in good condition. You will work closely with the Theatre Department's Technical Director to organize, maintain and improve our stock. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lending out items to students and other theaters is a large component of this position. • You would be responsible for checking out any item, keeping a record of all items checked out and ensuring items are returned on time and in good condition. • You will be working together with our Costume Stock Manager to coordinate lending hours for easy access to both stock managers at the same time. • Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College. SCHEDULE: • Weekly schedule based on student availability. • Some on call hours are also required. This will include evenings and weekends. • Students must remain on campus through finals.
