About the Job Reporting to the E-commerce Marketing and Content Strategy Manager, the App Content Coordinator is an important contributor on the US Levi's® DTC E-commerce Team. You will manage content across the US mobile app and select areas of Levi.com. You will support the entire content lifecycle, including briefing, building, QA, launch, and reporting, to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences across the Levi's mobile app. Key Responsibilities: App Content Management: Assess US digital marketing needs for app content; brief in assets; own content builds across CMS platforms such as Contentstack. App & Site Launch Execution: Act as a primary liaison for implementing and validating all US mobile app and select Levi.com content launches and takedowns—including promotional campaigns, product launches and general content storytelling. Content QA & Validation: Ensure all content is accurate, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines through quality assurance processes. Analysis: Pull and share weekly and monthly app performance reports, providing insights to partners to inform future content strategies. Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, site operations, and global teams to agree on timelines, priorities, and campaign deliverables. App Innovation Support: Contribute to ongoing app enhancements aimed at improving the user experience and driving innovation in how we deliver content. About You At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, content management, or digital marketing Familiarity with CMS platforms; experience with Contentstack Interpret performance data and translate into applicable insights This is a remote position based in the United States. The expected starting salary range for this role is $51,400- $80,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
