Overview Leverages U.S. Inc. is a job agency specializing in Japanese based companies in US. We are seeking a Japanese bilingual Logistics Coordinator for a Japan-headquartered global logistics company. Descriptions: • Creating import/export documentations • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Qualifications: • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English • High school diploma • Basic writing and reading in English, basic mathematics • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular) • Attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Language: • Japanese (Required) Work Location: In person
