Join a Top-Tier Global Japanese Manufacturer of electronic components (connectors, switches, and acoustic technology). This role is based in our Novi, MI office and serves as the critical link between major U.S. automotive/tech customers and their international headquarters. This position offers a balanced 50/50 split between Outside Sales and Inside Coordination. (No "Road Warrior" Burnout) • Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (Based on experience) • Location: Novi, MI (Hybrid / Local Travel) • Language: English (Japanese is NOT required) • Industry: Automotive / Electronic Components Manufacturing Key Responsibilities • Account Growth: Drive sales forecasts and promotion strategies for our industry-leading components. • HQ Collaboration: Lead price negotiations and coordination with our International Headquarters and affiliates. • Operational Control: Work closely with our operations and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met without delays. • Strategic Analysis: Process monthly/quarterly sales analysis and conduct competitor research to stay ahead in the market. Requirements • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Sales Coordination. • Industry: Manufacturing, Automotive, or Electronics experience is a strong plus. • The "Fit": You enjoy process and precision. You are comfortable with detailed reporting (the "Ho-Ren-So" culture) and collaborative teamwork. • Skills: High proficiency in Excel for data-driven sales analysis.
