Your responsibilities as a Landscaping Account Manager will include: Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive stellar service that goes above and beyond their expectations. Working alongside our Business Development Team in a team selling strategy to engage new prospective customers and prepare accurate estimates. Leading site enhancements and maintenance discussions that not only meet but exceed our branch’s financial goals! Teaming up with operations managers to ensure that our crews are set up for success, delivering quality work every time. Being the proactive communicator who keeps everyone informed—both clients and internal teams alike. Conducting engaging site walkthroughs with clients to ensure their visions come to life in our work. Keeping our clients happy and renewing contracts by addressing any concerns with speed and professionalism. You might be the perfect fit for our team if you: Have at least 2 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience. Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and are authorized to work in the U.S. Are passionately knowledgeable about native plants in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. Are at least 21 years old and flexible with working on Saturdays and in all types of weather. Bring 2 years of sales experience, ideally working closely with Property Managers or in Commercial Real Estate Development. Have a knack for face-to-face selling and communication with clients at all levels. Can navigate computer systems and CRM software like a pro. Exhibit exceptional time management and the ability to work independently.
