As the Digital and Social Media Project Manager, you’ll serve as the client engagement lead for all digital and social initiatives—driving strategy, execution, and performance across campaigns. You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate internal creative and technical teams, and ensure delivery of high-impact, on-brand digital content. Key Responsibilities Lead client communications, ensuring goals, expectations, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. Develop and manage digital and social media strategies that align with client objectives and brand voice. Oversee campaign planning, production, and performance tracking across platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Collaborate with creative, design, and analytics teams to produce compelling content and data-driven insights. Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure efficient delivery and measurable outcomes. Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations to inform strategy and recommend improvements. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, case studies, and client presentations. Qualifications Proven experience managing digital and social media projects or campaigns for brands or agencies. Strong client-facing communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Understanding of digital metrics, analytics platforms, and performance optimization. Creative problem solver with a passion for storytelling, engagement, and measurable impact. This is a 1099 position that may be full-time, part-time, or intermittent based on the desire of the individual and the availability of work. Work is primarily remote.
