Provide ongoing system support, manage configuration changes, develop and deploy Salesforce/NetSuite customizations, and maintain documentation.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Salesforce and NetSuite certifications required, 3+ years software engineering experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Description Responsibilities: • Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training, maintaining proper system access for all roles and user requests • Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together • Responsible for the development and implementation of new solutions and processes • Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues • Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements and their revisions • Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards • Develop, test and deploy Salesforce/NetSuite customizations and new functionality based on changing business needs Requirements Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems preferred • Certified in both Salesforce and NetSuite • 3+ years of Software Engineering experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite administration and configuration experience in complex environments • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve and communicate effectively with both technical and business users • Must be detail oriented with the ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems
