Full Description

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with lender representation matters, loan documentation preparation, and real estate transactions • Draft, review, and organize real estate legal documents and correspondence • Manage client files, deadlines, and internal tracking systems • Assist with the processing and handling of title-related matters • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties via phone and email • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work • Support closing preparation and post-closing follow-up as needed • Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to attorneys • Help improve internal processes and contribute to firm growth Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (real estate or transactional law required) • Lender representation experience is a strong plus • Title experience is a plus, but not required • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within the firm • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Confident navigating technology, software programs, and document management systems • Must reside in Tampa Bay area Why Join Us? • Competitive base pay • Opportunity to grow with a firm that values long-term commitment • Supportive, team-oriented work environment • Direct exposure to real estate, lending, and title transactions • Clear potential for increased responsibility and advancement We are a growing real estate-focused law firm located in Tampa Bay seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant who is motivated to grow with the firm long-term. This role is fully remote, but we prefer a candidate who resides in the Tampa Bay area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting attorneys in fast-paced real estate and lending matters. The right candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to develop professionally as the firm continues to expand.
