This person will work with multiple departments and interface regularly with the public. The YPAA should enjoy working with people, be highly detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once with professionalism and have an enthusiasm for the Greenway’s mission of connecting people to the outdoors. KEY FUNCTIONS • Assists with the everyday administration of Youth Programs, including: • Summer Camp • School Year Camps • Afterschool on the Greenway • Nature Based Preschool • Manages email inboxes and voicemails for all programs to answers program inquiries and provides information as requested • Ensures all programs are entered correctly in Blackbaud/Altru, EZ ChildTrack and the program calendar • Manages registration, billing, and payments for all programs • Works with customers to help with program registration, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling etc. • Trains new program employees on program computer systems (EZ ChildTrack, Altru) • Manages adding / removing employees in Hot Schedules, Group Me, etc. • Manages email accounts and calendars • Monitors and maintains waitlists for all programs • Assists with purchasing, inventory and restocking program supplies • Assists with early pickups and late drop offs for all programs as needed • Assists with accounting functions such as entering receipts and invoices • Able to work with a level of autonomy and is comfortable asking for necessary direction • Attends program and other staff meetings as assigned • All other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES • Above average interpersonal skills, written/oral communication skills, and an ability to work with a wide variety of people and circumstances • Ability to work independently and is a self-starter, while also focusing on teamwork and interconnectivity between programs • Communicates effectively with staff, customers and parents using tact, patience, courtesy, and professionalism • Familiarity with other ASC Greenway programs and offerings • Excellent computer and data skills LSC FUNDAMENTALS • Deliver legendary service • Take ownership • Be a fanatic about response time • Walk in your customers’ shoes • Pay attention to the details MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Physical demands are in excess of those for sedentary work; must be able to remain on feet for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, climb, balance, lift/carry weights of up to twenty pounds and perform manual labor. Must have physical strength to perform tasks such as setting up display booths, flags, tables, banners, and other event related functions.
