Job Posting – Project Scheduler (Stadium Projects | Fully Remote) Join a globally respected construction consultancy supporting high-profile stadium builds across the U.S. We’re hiring a Project Scheduler with deep experience in stadium construction to lead scheduling efforts for large-scale sports facility projects (MLS, NBA, NFL). This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on some of the most exciting builds in the industry. About The Role You’ll develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, collaborating with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure alignment with milestones and contractual obligations. You’ll track progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies while supporting change management and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project • Collaborate with PMs, design teams, and contractors to integrate timelines and milestones • Track progress, identify delays, and propose recovery strategies • Prepare and present schedule reports to internal and external stakeholders • Support change management and forecasting efforts • Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations Qualifications • 10+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler • Experience working on stadium projects (MLS, NBA, NFL) • Proficiency in Microsoft Project • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM, and earned value analysis • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams • Experience working with general contractors, owners’ reps, and consultants • PMP or CPM certification is a plus Ready to lead scheduling for some of the most exciting stadium projects in the country? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $85.00/hr.
