The QA Engineer assists in end-to-end test strategy, drives both manual and automated testing across features, analyzes quality metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product reliability and process efficiency. Your Impact •  Create manual and automated test cases based on project requirements. •  Execute test cases to validate software functionality, usability, and performance. •  Identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies in the software. •  Document and report issues using bug-tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla. •  Work closely with developers to understand features and resolve issues. •  Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide feedback for improvements-run test cases to verify bug fixes and ensure stability. •  Confirm that resolved issues do not reappear in future builds. •  Maintain detailed records of test cases, scripts, and results. •  Prepare test reports for stakeholders and project managers. Skills And Requirements •  Knowledge in Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, SoapUI Jira, GitHub Issues, Redmine JMeter, Postman •  4–5 years of experience in QA or testing roles •  4-5 years of software testing experience in Agile or DevOps environments. •  Strong proficiency in writing automated tests in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python). •  Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium). •  Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and basics of RESTful services. •  Understanding of continuous integration systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and integrating test suites. •  Solid knowledge of SQL for backend data validation and test environment setup. •  Knowledge of Care Management or Guiding Care If you have questions about this posting, please contact support@lensa.com
