Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Remote Application Performance Engineer to join the Application Performance team. The primary responsibilities of this role it to manage, review and analyze telemetry data utilizing OpenTelemetry & Dynatrace. This person must understand the features and capabilities of both tools to navigate the interface and access various monitoring, select the right data points to visualize on the dashboard and create effective and insightful Dynatrace dashboards that help monitor and optimize applications. Skills And Requirements • 5+ years of experience as an Application Performance Engineer / Observability Engineer / DevOps Engineer. • Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTeL) to manage, review and analyze telemetry data such as traces, metrics, and logs. • Experience with Dynatrace to analyze and interpret performance data, metrics and logs for selecting the right data points to create a dashboard. • Experience with Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) to analyze and manipulate data from various sources within Dynatrace. • Experience with DQL commands: fetch, filter, sort and summarize to process data. • Experience with creating and managing tiles on a Dynatrace dashboard. • Must be able and open to working PST hours. - Dynatrace Associate Certification • Dynatrace Advanced Observability Specialist Certification • Dynatrace Advanced Security Specialist Certification • Dynatrace Advanced Automation Specialist Certification • Experience with at least one of the following: Azure, Python, JavaScript, SNMP, AppDynamics If you have questions about this posting, please contact support@lensa.com
