This role will play a pivotal role in driving data health and governance initiatives across the organization. This person will lead efforts to identify and remediate poor data quality in collaboration with functional teams such as supply chain, procurement, and finance. They will quantify the impact of bad data on business operations and implement dashboards and improvement plans to monitor progress. The analyst will contribute to the design and rollout of data governance frameworks, working closely with data stewards to uphold data integrity and standards. Leveraging AI technologies, they will help define and classify high-value datasets. In addition, the Data Quality Analyst will conduct root cause analyses and document findings to share across teams. They will support the development of data quality metrics and dashboards, regularly reporting on KPIs and offering insights based on data analysis. This person will identify and implement process improvements related to data handling and storage, and support broader initiatives to streamline workflows. They will also research best practices and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance data quality. The analyst will assist with ad-hoc data projects, contribute to administrative tasks within the data governance team, and actively participate in team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
