This role represents a world of opportunity in a large corporate environment . Your professional judgement, tact, and attitude will keep your executive and the organization on track. You'll join a team supporting a busy executive with a demanding schedule. WHAT'S THE JOB? Using your 3+ years of prior experience supporting executives and your positive and professional attitude, you'll manage complex calendaring, international travel, expense reporting, meeting scheduling, and coordinating off site activities. Your ability to manage confidential information, apply excellent attention to detail, and work with a sense of urgency will make an important difference. You'll "own" your executive's calendar and be responsible for many other administrative needs and ad-hoc projects. • Drive executive staff meetings • Deck consolidation, agenda, actions, follow up, generate and format presentations • Execute and drive org-specific projects with high attention to detail on event planning • All Hands, Town Halls • High degree of initiative and ability to anticipate needs • Sound decision-making with minimal direction • Arrange complex, multi-leg international and domestic travel • Pro-active tracking of all flight and ground transportation • Maintain travel and expense budget • Complete understanding of company policies and tools • Educate executives on policy and new procedures (spend limits, city caps) • Review/approve expense reports on behalf of executive • Process expense reports and reconcile against statements • Understanding of organizational structure • As this is a global organization, you'll work across multiple geographic locations • Track commitments to ensure executive is on track to meet them • Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information • Assists extended team members with administrative duties as needed • Mentor other executive administrative partners and admin assistants in support center WHAT'S IT TAKE TO SUCCEED? • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and tact • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others • Strong leadership skills • Positive, "can-do" attitude, willing to help your team and peers • Ability to prioritize effectively and take ownership of responsibilities • Strong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness of work • Flexibility to accommodate an ever changing, global environment with strong analytical skills to find solutions WHAT'S REQUIRED? • Associates Degree and 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a large company environment • Intermediate to expert technical skills are a MUST (MS Office 365 Suite) BONUS POINTS FOR: Experience/abilities in Ariba, Concur, Travel Visas, Tech Industry experience, Mandarin or other languages • Intermediate to expert technical skills in PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, etc. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? • Pay depending on experience and qualifications $25.00 to $31.50 per hour • Holiday Pay and Health Benefits • Opportunity to work in a "Big League" corporate environment • Exposure to lots of cross-functional business groups • Beautiful multi-building campus with onsite cafeteria and open desk seating • Potential for hybrid workdays (onsite and work from home) WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
