Most of these projects are remote, some hybrid and local to the metro Philadelphia market. W2 hourly based on experience and client requirements: $50 - $85 hr Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close • Organize and update financial records as needed. • Analyze transactions and prepare reports. • Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments. • Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins. • Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable. • Participate in budgeting processes. • Brief senior managers regularly on the company's financial status. • Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns. Requirements • BS degree in Accounting or Finance. • CPA certification preferred. • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (SAP and NetSuite preferred) • Advanced MS Excel knowledge (experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
