About the Role We’re looking for Product Management professionals with experience in top APM programs or PM recruiting to join our platform as coaches. Whether you’ve worked in product at Google, Meta, Microsoft, Uber, or a fast-growing startup, you’ll help clients build the skills, stories, and confidence needed to launch or advance their PM careers. What You’ll Do • Coach aspiring product managers through APM recruiting, resume refinement, and interview preparation. • Conduct mock product sense, analytical, and behavioral interviews with actionable feedback. • Share insights on what makes candidates stand out in highly selective PM and APM programs. • Mentor professionals transitioning into product management from engineering, consulting, or other fields. Ideal Background • 10+ individuals coached, mentored, or trained professionally. • Experience in a leading APM program (e.g., Google, Meta, Uber, Microsoft, Lyft, or similar), or experience hiring or mentoring APM candidates. • Strong understanding of product strategy, user research, execution, and communication. • Passion for helping others break into product management and accelerate their careers.
