Leidos is pursuing the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract and currently has an opening for a Service Now Engineer supporting AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle clouds. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience help modernize a leading, global-scale multi-cloud environment in support of a critical mission, supporting USAF system resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness. Location: These positions will be remote. Preferred candidates will be located near Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA) or work in Huntsville, AL. Primary Responsibilities Include: Install ServiceNow product/modules Lead initiative to integrate commercial software into ServiceNow Design/configure/develop/integrate product/modules to meet business needs Implementation of self-service catalog on ServiceNow. Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles Assist with creation and cataloging of business process flows Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates, and unit test their software and perform code reviews Minimum Qualifications Bachelors and 8+ years or more of experience; Masters and 6+ years or more of experience. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Active Secret Security clearance required US citizenship required Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2) Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban. Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position Experience with ServiceNow implementations Preferred Qualifications Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1 Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds ServiceNow certification(s) If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
