Leidos' Defense Systems is seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst to support the TMPC program in our Navy Portfolio. The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional with strong understanding of project control, budgeting, forecasting and government contracting and also possess excellent communication skills to interact at different levels in the organization. The role will also require serving as a mentor and resource for junior analysts on the team. Responsibilities include: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting (net bookings, revenue, OI/fee and cash), and effectively managing financial risks and opportunities. Collaborate with program team and across Leidos functions to define program goals, establish budget, and prepare and maintain EAC. Make recommendations to leadership for making business decisions. Work with the customer to ensure program has sufficient funding Proposal involvement (pricing and cost volume leadership) and building internal and external relationships to grow the program and achieve strategic goals. Support ad-hoc cost reporting and performance analysis. Coordinate all aspects of annual planning and quarterly forecast processes, including review of summary financials, establishing timelines, preparing presentations for management and oversight of submissions and commentary Prepare program reporting for monthly operating review (MOR) and In Process Review (IPR) Plan and support long range financial plans that are consistent with both short-term and long-term corporate objectives Create robust internal reporting to provide necessary information to senior management and program stakeholders Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor financial results and enable strategic decision-making. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant program finance control experience. Practical knowledge of Finance & Business Operations in government services. Able to perform functions such as financial planning, financial analysis, and general accounting. Has the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments. Analytical, communication, and presentations skills needed. Positive can-do attitude, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Leidos financial systems such as: CostPoint, Cognos, Fusion, and Insight. Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
