Full Description

Job Description: • Lead the learning operations team and is responsible for enterprise learning operations to include learning systems, learning technology, and process and procedures. • Support the development and implementation of the enterprise learning strategy. • Communicate with key stakeholders, learning partners and vendors to implement new functionality to include required assessments and reviews (i.e., cyber risk assessment, privacy and AI review, design engagement review, etc.) • Monitor and resolve learning platform and integration errors. • Responsible for governance and maintenance of the learning system. • Analyze and recommend solutions to utilize the learning system to deliver, track and measure training to meet organizational objectives, including technical upskilling and the learning dashboard. • Perform complex learning system troubleshooting. • Foster an environment of employee growth and development and provide opportunities for skill enhancement. • Responsible for timesheet approvals, performance check-ins and pay planning. Requirements: • Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. • Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects. • Experience with administration of learning management systems (LMS), 5+ years preferred • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex issues • Experience consulting with stakeholders and learning partners/vendors • Strong systems thinking and project management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities Benefits: • competitive compensation • Health and Wellness programs • Income Protection • Paid Leave • Retirement
