Leidos has an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a dynamic business in a fast-paced environment to help design and deliver HR strategies and solutions to drive organizational performance and growth. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for HR strategy and solutions for business portfolios and programs Partner with clients, HR functional Centers of Excellence, and other team members to develop and implement HR strategies, approaches and day-to-day actions in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, talent development, leadership development, workforce strategy, strategic talent acquisition, new business proposals, organizational change, organization design, compensation, culture, performance management, etc. Utilize data analytics to understand, measure and continuously improve organizational effectiveness Leverage matrixed HR SME’s from Centers of Expertise and HR Shared Services organization to deliver high-quality, efficient services and solutions to the client. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior HR relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Broad HR subject matter expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner. Strong business acumen and well-versed in data analysis. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, partner effectively, consult, coach and influence senior leaders. Proven ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects and execute in a dynamic environment. Strong employee relations experience. Demonstrated initiative and creativity in designing and delivering solutions. Demonstrated experience leading and driving change within client groups. Strong project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel. US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working for a Government contractor or other highly-regulated environment. Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with an international workforce. Experience supporting a union population.
