Description Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Temporary Assignment) Department: Marketing Location: Teaneck, NJ (Hybrid) Reports To: VP of Marketing Duration: Temporary Assignment (Maternity Leave Coverage - approx. [3-6 months]) Overview Leica Camera Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our U.S. marketing team on a temporary basis to support daily operations while a team member is on maternity leave. This role is ideal for a professional with some prior marketing experience who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play an essential executional role, ensuring that marketing activities, campaigns, and administrative processes continue to run smoothly during this coverage period. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across product categories (Photo, Cine, Watches, and Retail). Assist in coordinating asset delivery, timelines, and approvals between internal teams and external partners/agencies. Manage marketing calendar updates, track deliverables, and ensure team deadlines are met. Process marketing invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking documentation. Maintain marketing materials inventory, shipping logistics, and event collateral organization. Support retail marketing initiatives coordinating point-of-sale collateral, signage and preparing monthly meeting recap reports to track performance and key updates. Help coordinate email, social, and digital content requests with internal stakeholders. Compile and organize campaign reports, metrics, and analytics summaries as directed. Perform other operational and administrative tasks to support the broader marketing team. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail events to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience (agency or in-house). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management or CRM tools a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for photography, creative industries, or luxury/lifestyle brands is a plus. Additional Details This is a temporary assignment designed to provide coverage during a maternity leave period. While not a permanent position, this role offers valuable hands-on experience within a global luxury brand environment.
