About the Role Leibinger is growing again! This position is open due to an internal promotion, reflecting the opportunities for advancement within our organization. We are seeking a motivated and strategic Channel Development Manager to lead our growth in the Southeast U.S. This role is responsible for driving sales through established Channel Partners while identifying and developing new partnerships to expand Leibinger’s market presence. You will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and motivator to our partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and strategies to succeed. Key Responsibilities • Strengthen and support existing Channel Partners through sales leadership, training, and motivation. • Develop and implement strategies that drive partner growth and increase sales of Leibinger equipment and solutions. • Identify and recruit qualified new Channel Partners to expand sales revenue and market share. • Create and manage evaluation processes to assess partner performance and identify areas for improvement. • Oversee day-to-day partner management within the region, ensuring consistent communication and alignment. • Improve lead management processes—definition, assignment, and follow-up—to maximize conversion rates. • Introduce and promote new products to Channel Partners to strengthen collaboration. • Deliver training sessions, provide marketing support, and participate in joint sales calls to help partners close business. • Collaborate with end users to develop tailored solutions through application evaluations. • Represent Leibinger at industry trade shows, building brand presence and fostering relationships. • Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for each Channel Partner. • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all business dealings.
