Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Excellence (OpeEX) Manager to join the LNA Corporate Team Remotely. The OpeEx Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence, productivity, and sustainable performance. This role serves as a strategic change agent, embedding Lean principles, optimizing end-to-end value streams, and building organizational capability aligned with business priorities. This position will develop and implement value stream transformations to achieve and support Legrand LNCA priorities.
