Just Problem Solvers who execute. What You’ll Do Build and maintain relationships with small to mid-sized shippers across your territory. Manage the entire customer lifecycle — from first contact to handoff to our operations team. Consistently follow up and deliver service that earns repeat business. Hit and exceed weekly prospecting, outreach, and sales targets. Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven ability to solve problems and close deals. Self-discipline and accountability — you’ll own your own day. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Resilience under pressure and a hunger to grow. A background in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales (1–5 years preferred). College degree preferred but not required. No active non-compete from a competing brokerage. Location & Schedule Remote – Based anywhere in Nebraska (Omaha, Lincoln, or surrounding areas). Expect periodic travel for customer visits and quarterly team events at Legion HQ in Newport, KY.
