Ignite your leadership passion as a Regional Multi-Location Sales & Operations Manager, where you'll oversee multiple Midas service centers and repair facilities across the Piedmont Crescent. By leading a team of skilled technicians, location managers and service managers, you'll champion efficiency, quality, and safety in every aspect of automotive repair. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the automotive service industry on a regional scale while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and team development. • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of multiple automotive repair facilities, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices. • Oversee diagnostic processes, including automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), powertrain repairs, and diesel engine servicing. • Ensure all technicians utilize proper schematics, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machines to deliver precise repairs. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promoting excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring transparent communication. • Monitor vehicle maintenance workflows for vehicles of all makes, emphasizing quality control in auto repair, mechanical work, and electrical diagnostics. • Implement safety protocols across all locations to uphold OSHA standards and promote a safe working environment for staff. • Require and facilitate ongoing training on new automotive technologies such as ADAS calibration, automotive diagnostics software, and electrical systems updates. • Manage inventory levels for parts and tools essential for efficient operations while controlling costs effectively. • Collaborate with location management to optimize workflow processes, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall service quality. • Proven automotive repair facility experience with a strong background in automotive repair management or service supervision across multiple locations. • Some mechanical knowledge in automotive diagnostics, powertrain systems, diesel engines, and vehicle maintenance procedures. • Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, ADAS calibration, alignment techniques, auto body repair processes, welding skills, and the use of specialized automotive tools. • Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams of technicians, store leaders and service staff across multiple locations within a regional setting. • Knowledge of automotive brands is preferred but not mandatory; a comprehensive understanding of various vehicle makes is advantageous. • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members alike. • Ability to manage up and down within the organization's structure. • Must possess a strong work ethic, a flawless moral compass, and a passion to deliver exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers.
