LEGEND Paint Protection Film designs and manufactures PPF in the U.S. We help installers build their brand—no forced exclusivity, ever. If you’re a disciplined hunter who likes shop visits, clean CRM, and measurable outcomes, read on. If you won’t travel or be held to numbers, this isn’t your role. What You'll Do • Build and run the territory: target, prospect, and open net-new accounts. • Convert trials → orders and expand existing partners. • Lead demos/trainings (LEGEND Lab), ride-alongs, and regional events. • Keep a real pipeline: same-day notes, next steps, accurate forecasts in HubSpot. Non-Negotiables • Live in Dallas, TX (≈45 mins). No relocation. • Travel ~40% in Year 1 (typically 2–3 overnights most weeks). • Measured on new ordering accounts, trial→order conversion, retention, revenue growth. • Field-first: comfortable on shop floors; lift/carry demo kits (≈25–35 lbs). • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Qualification • 2–5+ years B2B field sales (owner-operator/small business focus) with quantified wins. • Strong negotiation, territory planning, and follow-through. • HubSpot (or similar) discipline; basic sales reporting & route planning. • Automotive aftermarket/films/coatings experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred (or equivalent experience).
