This position is for Director of Sales With The Legacy Work Spaces Family of Companies • **Important to know: This position has a base wage of $15/hour (plus commissions of course , see below) but is mostly M-Thurs on the base wage at about 30-40 hours per week depending on how you're performing. Please note , there are no health, insurance, or retirement benefits at this time but certain goals met may trigger these benefits.*** Legacy Work Spaces Richmond invites you to apply for the position of Director of Sales for the Legacy Family of Companies which includes: Legacy Work Spaces, Legacy Print Works, and The Legacy Club. Our parent company Legacy Work Spaces is an established company that is now launching this new arm and product of the company branded as the Legacy Club to go along with Legacy Work Spaces and Legacy Print Works. Our goal here is hiring a sharp go-getter with serious sales leadership experience . The job is located in the Katy/Richmond area and comes with a base salary and a very aggressive commission structure. Most of the job will be out on the sales path but there is some in-house staffing/sales required as well in your role as Assistant Manager. Your primary goal will be selling tech and print services to nearby small businesses. You’ll create your own leads, approach these leads, and make in person sales. Our products that you'll be selling: • Monthly subscription tech services for small business • Our Stand Alone Service Call Services Include • Installation of networks and cabling to homes and office spaces • Installation of tech oriented amenities such as security cameras, RING doorbell, Google Nest, Lorex etc.. • Trouble-shooting interoffice IT/Computer/Networking/Printer problems • Office Supplies for office delivery • A wide array of print products we produce through Legacy Print Works which includes business cards, banners, flyers, brochures, small signage and a lot more In addition to the base wage mentioned above, you will earn a minimum of 15% on all products and services sold while there is also a scale up system that increases commissions when certain markers are hit within the month. Commissions start at 15% and scale up to 20%. Product pricing ranges from $1,000-$50,000+ (Depending on product/services sold) . Commission overrides and commission split structure may also be implemented for any Sales Associates you may hire to work under you so that you can benefit from their commissions as well. More detailed duties: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Aggressively get out in the open market and perform outside sales after creating your own sales leads - Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts - Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction - Understand that this is a results oriented business! You have to perform, you have to have sales to make a great living. -Fill in at our Legacy Work Spaces location when called upon to staff it and to help with the day to day upkeep . This isn't too often, but it is needed and required in this position. Requirements (Please read carefully as we will check for each in an interview) - Proven experience and results in sales. You must have some level of understanding of the products you're selling, the service we can provide, and a lot of it involves Tech/IT. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Prior experience in account management is a plus -Accountability on how we are performing from sales leads -No felonies, a full background check will be performed -You MUST have 2 previous PROFESSIONAL WORK references This position requires a savvy sales personality, being personable, and being a real team player who sets goals, meets them, and accepts guidance from other team members when needed. This position will be very lucrative for someone who has experience, and has a plan. We look forward to meeting you!
