You're Great Because: • You’ve got a degree in Hotel or Business Management—or equivalent real-world chops that speak for themselves. • You’re fluent in finances—budgets, forecasts, and spreadsheets don’t scare you (you might even enjoy them). • Tech-savvy is your vibe—Microsoft Office, booking systems, purchasing tools? You’re on it. • You already have—or are eager to earn—a CAM license within your first six months. • You’re a big-picture thinker who sweats the small stuff too. • Calm under pressure? Absolutely.
