Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective workflows across all departments. • Implement and optimize operational processes to improve productivity, quality, and overall performance. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven analysis to identify trends, resolve issues, and support strategic decision-making. • Lead, mentor, and support operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards. • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and labor planning to support production and business needs. • Drive initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving quality outcomes, and increasing operational efficiency. • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, quality, finance, and other teams to support company-wide objectives. • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, performance metrics, and operational outcomes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. • 5+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments. • Strong understanding of operational best practices, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and performance management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
