Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role with one of our valued clients. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to delivering the highest-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives. • Oversee daily business operations, implementing best-in-class processes that drive efficiency, quality, and scalability across the organization. • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute corporate strategy, performance metrics, and operational plans. • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Analyze operational performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards relevant to the organization’s operations. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational priorities and financial goals. • Champion cross-functional communication and change-management initiatives to support organizational growth. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s mission, vision, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior-level operational management. • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading large, diverse teams. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in scaling operations, optimizing processes, and implementing organizational change. • Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
