Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role with one of our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: · Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives. · Oversee daily business operations, implementing best-in-class processes that drive efficiency, quality, and scalability across the organization. · Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute corporate strategy, performance metrics, and operational plans. · Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. · Analyze operational performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. · Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards relevant to the organization’s operations. · Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational priorities and financial goals. · Champion cross-functional communication and change-management initiatives to support organizational growth. · Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s mission, vision, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. · 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior-level operational management. · Proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading large, diverse teams. · Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. · Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. · Experience in scaling operations, optimizing processes, and implementing organizational change. · Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
