Project Coordinator – Legacy Home Center – 23495 Ne Hwy 3, Belfair, WA Full-Time | On-Site | Sales Experience Required Legacy Home Center is looking for a sharp, motivated Project Coordinator to join our tight-knit team in beautiful Belfair, WA. We're a high-performing modular and manufactured home builder serving the Pacific Northwest. We are dedicated to providing home and commercial building solutions to our community, and it's time to grow our team As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between our clients, contractors, and internal teams. Your sales background will help ensure every homebuyer's experience is seamless, transparent, and memorable. You'll play a key role in coordinating home orders, tracking timelines, and communicating clearly with everyone from lenders, permit runners, to subcontractors. What You'll Do: • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from contract to close • Coordinate with lenders, permit runners, manufacturers, and trade partners • Maintain project timelines and proactively communicate status updates • Support the sales and development team with contract execution and documentation • Track change orders, upgrades, and cost adjustments • Represent Legacy with professionalism, integrity, and warmth What You Bring: • Proven experience in project management , preferably in construction, real estate, or homebuilding • Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfort working independently and as part of a fast-moving, collaborative team • Willingness to roll up your sleeves—from coordinating projects, to helping keep the office running smoothly, community events and team building • A commitment to honesty, efficiency, and helping families find their forever home What We Offer: • Competitive pay • Supportive team culture with ample room for growth • The opportunity to be part of building something meaningful in the community • Flexibility, autonomy, and direct access to leadership About Legacy Home Center: We're more than just a home builder—we're a trusted partner to families, tribes, and communities throughout Washington and Idaho.
