Responsibilities include researching, preparing, and submitting proposals to foundation, corporate, individual, and governmental sources; maintaining compliance with all grantor and regulatory requirements; and overseeing the grant management system to ensure timely audits, contracts, and reports. The Director collaborates with finance, program, and clinical teams to align budgets and demonstrate measurable outcomes, while cultivating strong relationships with donors, prospects, and funding partners. This role provides leadership and mentorship to grants staff, represents the foundation externally, and contributes to overall fundraising strategy and revenue forecasting. Flexibility and commitment to collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, System Director of Central Development, medical staff, volunteers, and board members are essential. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree required. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful grant experience required.
