Assist operations managers in managing client relationships, ensuring contract deliverables and KPIs are met, supporting field personnel, and resolving operational issues.
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred, facilities management experience desired, strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills needed.
Summary of Job: The Assistant Operations Manager will assist the Operations Managers on the industrial team with managing relationships with their clients. He/she will also assist with ensuring deliverables of the contracts are being performed and that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met, serve as a resource for field personnel supporting the contracts, and that the core values of the company are being adhered to in the performance of our work. This includes working closely with Facility Site Supervisors and assisting the Operations Managers with resolution of issues related to performance of work, staffing and billing. He/she will also ensure that requests for additional support are addressed in a timely manner.
