Requires real estate license, experience with office software, and willingness to work part-time contract with commission and bonuses.
We desire a full-time position but would like this to be part-time for the first month or two. This job will be for a wide array of services, but for the first month, it will be primarily for making calls, which is why a license will be required. There will be bonuses available making this a lucrative opportunity for those willing to put the work in. The bonuses will exceed the hourly rate. Eventually, this will be someone who can help us with day to day activities that involve marketing, tracking listing activity, invoicing transactions, managing escrows, drafting proposals, data entry, etc.. Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe and Outlook are helpful. Additionally, real estate experience is helpful. More importantly, we are looking for someone who has the desire and passion to excel at what they do. We are motivated and we would like whomever helps us to be as well.
