About the Role The Finance Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day finance activities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general operations. You'll help maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and assist internal teams with financial questions and tasks. This is a highly collaborative role with visibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate finance operations including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment tracking • Support Accounts Receivable with billing, customer account updates, and payment follow-up • Assist with monthly close activities, reporting, and data gathering • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation across multiple systems • Monitor workflow queues to ensure timely completion of finance tasks • Troubleshoot issues and partner All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
