About Lectron Lectron is a leading manufacturer of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, producing OEM-grade chargers and adapters for Tier 1 automakers, dealerships, and the aftermarket. Today, 1 in 5 U.S. EV drivers owns at least one Lectron product. The Role Lectron is seeking an experienced sales leader to win dealership group business and grow revenue in California. This role is for a strong individual contributor with experience selling into large automotive dealership groups, including AutoNation, Lithia, Penske, and Sonic. You will own revenue growth and dealership program execution. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Key Responsibilities • Wholesale Channel Acquisition: Secure and scale partnerships with top dealership groups, integrating Lectron products into standard vehicle inventory, F&I offerings, and point-of-sale programs • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new high-volume dealership accounts • Direct Executive Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and competitive insights directly to the C- Team Requirements • Proven Revenue Generation: 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of selling into automotive dealerships or dealer groups • Established Industry Network: Leverage existing or create new relationships with decision-makers at major dealership groups and automotive retailers including AutoNation, Lithia, Penske, and Sonic • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of EV charging products or related automotive accessories • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate with dealership principals and corporate buyers • Strategic Autonomy: Highly disciplined and comfortable owning the full sales lifecycle—from initial engagement through post-sale rollout—in a fast-moving, high-growth environment • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent executive-level sales experience Compensation Competitive base salary and uncapped commission aligned with impact and performance.
