About the Role As a Route Service Representative, you will be the face of Lechner First Aid Supply. Riding in a company-provided vehicle, you will deliver and service essential first aid and safety equipment to a diverse range of clients. You’ll build relationships, ensure compliance, and help protect people by keeping workplaces safe and stocked with the supplies they need. What You'll Be Doing · • Safely operate a company vehicle to complete daily routes and service calls · • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, courteous service · • Audit, restock, and replace outdated or used first aid supplies · • Service, inspect, and maintain safety equipment, including eyewash stations and AEDs · • Record all service activities accurately · • Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is in optimal condition · • Provide expert support tailored to each client's workplace hazards What We Offer · • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance · • Company-Matching 401(k) · • Paid Training · • Paid Time Off · • Career Growth & Development Opportunities What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & Qualifications · • High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent) · • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, route-based service, or sales preferred · • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record · • At least 21 years of age · • Strong communication and customer service skills · • Basic PC proficiency · • Dependability, initiative, and ability to work independently · • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs., bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks · • Professional appearance and demeanor Work Environment · • Work in varied indoor and outdoor environments · • Exposure to temperature extremes depending on the season · • Physically demanding role requiring stamina and strength · • May encounter safety-sensitive tasks during equipment service Are You Ready to Join a Growing Team?
