Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Construction Project Manager in Brighton, MI for a direct hire opportunity with our client. Job Type: Direct Placement Pay: $100,000 to $125,000 Per Year BOE Responsibilities: • Responsible for overall management and financial performance. • Own overall project performance, including cost, schedule alignment, risk management, and client satisfaction. • Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete. • Prepare, review, and present change orders, cost estimates, and financial updates to owners. • Lead owner, architect, and consultant meetings, including agendas and follow-up • Lead subcontractor bid analysis, scope review, and contract negotiations. • Prepare and manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders. • Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the Superintendent. • Coordinate permitting, inspections, and approvals with municipal authorities. • Maintain project checklists for design, permitting, construction, and closeout Qualifications: • MUST have 2+ yrs experience as a Construction PM with a commercial General Contractor • MUST have commercial ground up build experience from $5MM-$25MM. • Experience leading projects through buyout, construction administration, and closeout. • Strong understanding of contract documents, scopes of work, and cost control processes • Land development and Design Build exp is a BIG PLUS, but not required • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously (4-6). • Ability to secure and manage 15-20 subcontractors throughout the project • Uses Microsoft Teams as the primary platform for project communication • Proficient in Microsoft Project for schedule development, tracking, and coordination with field team Physical Requirements: • Must be aware of OSHA safety standards • Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises • May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders. • Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending • May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion. • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
