Director, Solar Parts Sales & Distribution Leap29 are recruiting for a fast-growing renewable energy provider specializing in solar and wind supply chain solutions. Through partnerships with asset owners and service firms, we deliver custom solar parts and services that support O&M and repower projects nationwide. Entrepreneurial and innovative, we aim to be the go-to problem solver in renewable energy. The Role We’re seeking a dynamic leader with strong P&L experience and a proven track record in technical sales, distribution, and supply chain management. This role will drive revenue growth, build a North American distribution network for solar parts, and scale sales channels—pairing unique products with seamless service support. Reporting to the Executive Leadership, this is a high-impact leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibility. Key Responsibilities • Own P&L for solar parts sales and distribution. • Develop and execute sales strategies for solar O&M and repower markets. • Build and expand distribution and sales networks across North America. • Lead business development, negotiations, and major account growth. • Oversee supply chain operations: purchasing, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. • Launch new products, refurbishment programs, and sustainability initiatives. • Build and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team. Qualifications • 10+ years in sales, P&L leadership, and supply chain/distribution (solar/energy preferred). • Proven success in building distribution networks and scaling sales. • Deep knowledge of solar O&M and repower markets. • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills. • ERP experience (NetSuite preferred). • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred. Location & Compensation • Flexible/remote (Phoenix, AZ preferred). • Travel required. • Competitive salary, incentives, and potential equity.
