LeanTaaS recently launched iQueue for Surgical Clinics, the industry’s first end-to-end surgical coordination platform from the clinic’s front door to the hospital’s operating rooms. We are looking for a talented Product Implementation Manager to guide surgical practices through our healthcare optimization solutions, navigating complex scheduling while prioritizing patient care, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creatively overcoming implementation barriers. You’ll manage multiple customer implementations effectively, create custom workflow solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to practices, balancing technical knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead and independently manage customer implementations, from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout, serving as the primary point of contact • Leverage deep understanding of surgical case management and perioperative workflows to guide scheduling, staffing, and operating room assignment processes, identifying and addressing any workflow gaps • Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and process teams clearly understand the data and setup needs for iQueue • Oversee the technical aspects of implementation, including building data pipelines, establishing system interfaces, and customizing workflows, while documenting all specific requirements and changes • Ensure prompt resolution of challenges while managing project progress and establishing post-implementation performance measurement • Monitor progress throughout implementation to ensure customer readiness at go-lives; proactively resolve risks, blockers, or misalignments always with an eye toward ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience • Identify opportunities for improvement, establish clear success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend workflow enhancements, providing valuable product feedback based on customer needs • Drive adoption by building strong relationships with practice leadership and staff and developing super users within customer organizations WHAT YOU'LL BRING • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration or related field or equivalent years of related experience • 3-5 years of client- or customer-facing work experience in healthcare implementation • Track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles • A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention.
