Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Manager, located in Dearborn Heights, MI. The Senior Program Manager will oversee project planning and execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality manufacturing projects. Responsibilities also include budget management, risk assessment and mitigation, stakeholder communication, and fostering collaboration among team members to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications • Program and Project Management skills, as well as the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously • Leadership and team management abilities to guide cross-functional teams effectively • Strong skills in Budget Planning, Cost Management, and Resource Allocation • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation • Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Management skills to ensure clarity across teams • Industry background or experience in manufacturing and operational environments is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) • Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage
