The RevOps Recruiting Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams are strategically resourced and aligned with client and project demands. Over the last few years, we’ve grown from 3 employees to 25, and we’re not slowing down. With ambitious goals for 2026 and strong demand for our services, we expect hiring to accelerate significantly. This person will be responsible for hitting hiring goals, building and maintaining a strong network of RevOps contractors and partners, and optimizing our current recruiting strategy and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building relationships, improving operational workflows, and directly contributing to the success of both internal teams and client engagements. Qualifications Expertise in recruitment for Revenue Operations (RevOps) roles, from sourcing to hiring. Experience in scaling teams at startups (under 100 employees). Experience building and managing a network of contractors to support projects when internal resources are limited. Ability to quickly adapt resources to changing project demands and address staffing challenges. Proven experience in hitting recruiting goals. Familiarity with RevOps functions to effectively evaluate candidate fit and align staffing to project requirements. Knowledge of resource management, applicant tracking, and project management tools to streamline staffing processes. Role and Responsibilities Lead internal recruitment efforts, with a focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring skilled RevOps consultants to meet the company’s growing project needs. Plan monthly staffing by analyzing upcoming client projects, aligning internal resources to meet project demands, and identifying potential staffing gaps. Develop and manage a pipeline of contractors and partners to support projects when internal resources are limited, ensuring a reliable network of qualified external talent for seamless project execution. About You A "figure-it-out" attitude – you’re a natural problem solver, independent, self-driven, and know when to pull in additional support to overcome challenges. Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities in a high-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills; adept at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Thrives in a highly collaborative, small start-up environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented – You will manage your work against staffing and operational roadmaps.
