About Us We’re an early-stage SaaS company building hyper-vertical lead generation tools for SMBs. Our first product generates high-quality, personalized leads for pest-control companies. The tech is live and sellable. Now, we’re ready to scale — and we need a founding sales hire to own acquisition. The Role We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive who thrives on closing deals and building sales motions from scratch. This is not a “corporate” role with endless meetings and red tape — it’s a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you’ll be closing ~3 Zoom consults a day, refining the pitch, and writing the playbook as you go. As you succeed, this role grows into Sales Director as we scale the team. What You’ll Do • Run ~3 high-quality consultative Zoom calls per day with SMB prospects. • Close deals in the $3k/month range. • Follow up diligently with warm leads and prospects who haven’t responded yet. • Document objections, refine messaging, and build the early sales playbook. • Collaborate directly with the founder (you’ll get founder cameo support on key calls). • Own your number. You’ll have freedom and authority — but results matter. What We’re Looking For • 4–8 years of experience closing SMB SaaS deals in the ~$3k MRR range. • Proven closer: you’ve personally carried and hit quota, not just managed others. • Early-stage experience: you’ve been a first/early sales hire and built scripts or CRM workflows before. • Comfortable selling to owners/founders or small management teams. • Hungry for upside: motivated by equity and the chance to build the sales org. • No corporate-BS mindset — scrappy, coachable, resilient.
